Daniel and the team do an amazing job. I've locked myself out of my home, my car, and once even my workplace! Each time their service has been fast, reliable and professional, whether it is 2pm or 2am. Daniel fitted all of our door furniture at an extremely competitive rate, and also suggested we key all our door locks onto the one key (i.e. our deadlocks, door handle locks, screen door locks were all opened with one key), which he did easily. This saves us juggling sets of keys trying to get inside - especially handy on a cold rainy night! If you are looking for someone trustworthy, reliable and friendly with fast and efficient service, then look no further.

Having just gone through dozens of keys we have had cut over the years for our holiday house, it turned out that a number were faulty. All of these were from Nelson Bay Locksmiths. When I dropped in to the store to give them the faulty keys, their response was 'so what do you expect us to do about it?' in a very aggressive manner. Really poor, and recommend avoidance.

After arriving for our holiday we realised that the boat keys were still at home! We called Nelson Bay Locksmith and without fuss they had cut us a new set of keys and we were out on the water in no time at all! Great service.

With a wide range of service and for the best locksmith in town, Nelson Bay Locksmith is definitely the company to go with. They guys were able to come out late at night because we locked ourselves out of the house. Thank goodness they have a 24 hour emergency service. They also key cut for an affordable price too. Would recommend.
