Every step of our service was spot on. We called on the morning after their break and with a broken washing machine were able to fit us in within a day or two. The fellas were on time and new exactly what they were doing and easily could of taken advantage of the issue but were 100% honest and fixed the machine quickly and for a great price. We were also told that at 10 years old it may not last too long and gave us a couple of recommendations on what to buy next time from their experience. Thank you Kerrs.

I recently used Kerr's when my 9 year old Fridge stopped working. It turned out that the problem was quite a drama which eventually resulted in the required part no longer being avail able to fix the fridge. Thanks to the support and expertise I received from this company with warranty claims etc I was able get a very satisfactory outcome to my problem. From this experience I would recommend them as a highly trustworthy and competent company and I will definitely use them again as really good appliance serving companies are hard to find.

I was happy with the service I received in that they fixed my dryer - problem solved. However both the repairman and the company (when called) are unable to tell me if and how long a warrantly I have for the new part. They also promised to call me when the new part arrived but never did. When I called them they said the part arrived 3 about days ago. So the communication front could be improved.

My 25 year old GE ice maker was tripping the safety switch. Kerrs came to fix it-waited over 4 hours as they couldn't pin down a time- this was extremely inconvenient. He was so busy that day with so many jobs & not a nice man. Told me my fridge had seen better days & had rust on the front. Couldn't do anything with it, pulled off the panels in side & left it out of the enclosure. My husband had a quick look & said it could have been the light switch which he disconnected with some help from his electrician dad & WELLA!!, no problems with it.Just imagine if my husband didn't have another look, a new fridge, $3500 later, get rid of the old one down the 2 storeys- what a headache- it has been a wonderful fridge & we will probably get another 25 years out of it - yucky rust & all. Janelle told me they only charged me a call out fee so I was lucky I didn't get charged much. There is a real call for some pleasant Appliance repairers on the Coast- competent ones & not Kerrs - well I wouldn't recommend them.
