I engaged J&C electrical on 29 Jan 24 to install some powerpoints and move a data port from one side of the wall in the dining room to the other inside wall of the study - a distance of less than 20cm and only required a new data port and no new cabling. J&C tech messaged that he had temporarily disconnected the internet, moved the data port and reconnected the port and that the internet was up and running again. My wife rang to say that night that there was no internet. I rang J&C and they said they would fix it the next day. They sent the tech around and he said it was fixed. My wife rang that night and said nothing was working. As I work away, I couldn't check, so had to take the word of the professional J&C tech over my wife. In the end, I had to contact the internet service provider to come out and fix their workmanship (report attached). I've sent messages and tried to call but no response even though it says "message read" A very disappointing outcome.

So very happy with quality of workmanship of both Shane & Baden for our 2 x split system install. Boys even battled through the unexpected rain received that day. From my very first phone call to Larnie who was super-efficient & helpful in my request, giving me a date & time straight up, nothing was a problem. Jayme carried out quote, arriving promptly at given time, and answering all questions and a detailed explanation of placement. We needed 3 small aircon's in the bedrooms and a 8kw in the lounge room, quickly. Jayme was there for us. Easy to communicate with, Larni (office) answers back quickly by email. Quotes for jobs took no time, didn't have to keep hounding J&C for quotes. Installs were good, fellas were polite and friendly. They arrived when they said they would. Jayme also installed the fire alarms and certified them, for our rental property. Easy, efficient service. Recommend J&C Electrical

Top notch work, and a great bloke. Came to the rescue when our hot water packed it in. Was easy and pleasant to deal with, will be using him again for anything we need. Highly recommend!!!!!

We had J&C Electrical complete multiple jobs for us including the installation of 2 split systems to bedrooms that originally had no cooling, replacement of ceiling fans throughout and re location of a data point. The communication from Jayme from the time of enquiry through to the completion of the jobs was impeccable. He was always on time, profession and informed us throughout the whole process of what was being done. We will be using Jayme for all our future electrical needs and will recommend him to all our family and friends.

Used this company for a few jobs - wiring up a shed and some household electrical repairs. The job done, punctuality, friendliness, openness, honesty and cost is second to none. Would not recommend at all. I received an invoice nearly $500 over quoted price. He confirmed there were no issues with the job and gave no explanation for the extra charge. I had to request an itemized invoice listing unit installed. He offers no warranty on their work and didn't want to supply any information on the unit installed. Did finally send information on the unit installed, but initially suggested I go online and get it myself. Very poor business practices.

Sorry to hear Debbie. You were only given a verbal estimate as I was on the road and not in the office when an estimate to repair a breakdown was requested. The cost of the parts were higher then I thought and this was the explanation given to you. I do warrant my work but your question was around the product warranty which I explained and informed you that was done through the manufacturer. Once you asked for the warranty paperwork I provided it to the real estate to forward to you as I don't have your contact details even after asking for them, I never told you to go online and get them yourself.
