Highly recommend these ladies! My hair always feels and looks amazing, the massage at the basin is to die for, the hour long facials are bliss and My nails have never looked so good, from the minute you step in the door its a pure pamper sesh and you get cake with your cuppa lol added bonus

Well where do I begin.....I would have to say that my experience with this salon would be the worst most expensive manicure and pedicure I have EVER had. ($94).The chair and equipment I think must have come with the ark. The nail polish, I believe from Thailand in pretty bottles but poor quality, no depth to the colour and didn’t even last one day before chipping off - I advised that I was a cancer patient and care needed to be taken with my nails as they had lifted and easily infected.....I was surprised to see one of the nail files used for my nails put back with the others, so I assume they are not disposed off after each client. That evening paint, which was supposed to be gel and from previous experience, is long lasting, began chipping. The following day one of my toe nails was very painful, swollen and infected- I am now on a strong dose of antibiotics...... so, for what I thought was going to be a feel good, look good experience, I am now $94 out of pocket, and in agony.

I have been the owner of Indulgence & Beauty for 9 years and have always put my clients needs first. As a cancer patient myself I fully understand the comfort of my clients and respect the issues that they may have. We always carry out a very strict sanitation process of all our equipment and tools used. Nothing is used twice. My products do come from different places around the world - I have a love for Thailand & Bali - they need all the support we can give them at the moment. Unfortunately we can't always guarantee how long polishes will last as everyone's nail plates are different especially the condition of them. A persons inner health can be a huge impact. If contacted directly we will always consult with the client and fix the issue if we can.My staff are all trained to consult with their clients before beginning and during any beauty service. As I have already mentioned, my clients are very special to me and I will always put their health/needs first.

Great customer service over the phone for I was ordering a voucher for my mother-in-law..the young lady even dropped it off to her ... Highly recommended - Thanks Again
