This place has lost its way. Bad food, over priced, can't get the gig dates right. Over all, bad taste in my mouth that Listerine wont wash away

This is not a safe place to stay. There is no management on site at night. We endured four noisy nights which prevented us from being able to sleep. Our stay culminated with an abusive drunk, who had been drinking at the hotel on site, trying to break into our room at 2am in the morning. The room was too small to contain a chair and consequently, there was nothing to defend ourselves with. Three people, from separate rooms, rang the police which took 1 and a half hours to respond. I spoke to management about this the next day and they could not have cared less. This is the worst place that I have ever stayed and probably the most unsafe as well, and I have travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and Australia. The initial booking had been made by phone and the proximity of the backpackers and hotel was not mentioned. Avoid this place like the plague.

Hi, I travelled from Newcastle to Coffs Harbour and was so looking forward to meeting friends at your refurbished hotel. However I was recommended to pay extra for the supersize steak and was advised it to be worth it. The steak was beautiful which was serviced with chips and salad. The price of $7.50 for the special an extra $5.50 for the supersize. The salad was so disappointing, only has lettuce and a few julienne carrots when there is so much out there to make it worth every cent of $13. Also the chips were under the steak, which squashed them and soggy with the gravy. When I approached your staff member all she said was that's the way it is. Very disappointed with the meal. Never again.
