We always called in to Hero Sushi when travelling, but never again. Something has happened to the friendly vibe we are accustomed to here. We had a baby asleep in our pram and were told that we can’t sit at the train, and that we had to sit at the table section, regardless of the fact that we could clearly see a big space against the wall to park our baby and keep her within reach whilst still allowing ample access for other customers! We then took a seat and went to the fridge to get our drinks to have with our meal, only to be told to put the drinks back and the staff will bring us our drinks??? Only sushi restaurant we’ve been to to tell us that one. Anyway when I questioned the way we’ve been treated, we were told “it’s management policy”. Maybe concentrate more on customer experience and less on policy??and I won’t even mention that last time we were here every plate was just $3 regardless, and now it’s gone up to between $3.50-$7.50 a plate, with no advertising on walls! :(
