i have purchase several items, got a dishwasher Ariston and didn't last a year, I am dealing with Ariston for one month for an electrical failure and still not a solution, my dishwasher have 5 years warranty. I visited Harvey Norman to see how can they help but nothing has happen. When I went to buy all the appliances for my new kitchen they were great but now when I went to ask for help with this product the lack of interest is disappointing.

We have now purchased 3 major electrical items from this store. We were very happy with the discounted price on each item. The delivery service and installation of our purchases was excellent. The two men who came to our house were both polite, professional and hardworking. A week after purchasing the washing machine we had a problem with leaking water. These same men came out and checked it, decided it was a faulty machine and returned that same day with a new machine. We will return to this store very soon to purchase a Dyson vacuum cleaner. Happy to review our experience with that purchase.
