I rang Derek at 4.30 when most blokes would have been thinking about beer o'clock. Derek was very friendly and very quick to respond . Turned up same afternoon and rectified problem same day.

Derek was referred to us by a handyman to help get our outdoor water feature working. It was a complex issue but after 3 visits and some lateral thinking, Derek was able to find a solution. What was impressive was not only his courtesy and reliability to turn up to each of the occasions on time, but also his honesty. Derek found a clever way to instal a new electrical cable and a new pond pump. After he finished we had to wait 24 hours for silicone to dry before we could fill the pond and turn the water feature on. When we did it worked for a short while but kept cutting out. I rang Derek who promptly returned and upon inspection he realised and admitted that he had made a mistake that meant we needed a new pond pump. Derek left and returned a couple of days later. He purchased a new pond pump at his expense and reinstalled it. And it is now working beautifully. I would highly recommend Derek for any electrical work as he is honest, reliable and great at what he does.
