We had some business cards printed by Copy That @ Profsec. Our order was handled by Nat and she was extremely professional and courteous. From placing our order to collecting the finished product was just a few days - amazingly prompt. While we could have perhaps ordered business cards online from some big printing house at fractionally less cost we would have missed out in the personal service and very high standards of Copy That @ Profsec who gave us the opportunity to mix and match our fonts and graphics from a series of proofs that they produced for our consideration. We also had the opportunity to support a local business employing local people - an important aspect of small town living. We would not hesitate to recommend this business.

Which courier do you use for deliveries?

For small and medium sized packages we use Fastway Couriers and AusPost, for large orders we use TNT. We only charge how much the courier charges. Deliveries made in Ballina are handled by local courier.

How do I submit my files to you for printing?

You can email your files to us, or provide us with a download link to the material you need printed. You can also bring it in to us on a USB or disk.
