Do not trust them with your van. My van Newlands van, that was purchased from them was booked in for a week. During that time they needed to replace a water damaged wall (due to shower not being sealed correctly), repair a window (at my expense) that I spoke to them about on 2 occasions and a list of warranty items. After 11 days they attempted to fix the wall but the repair job was poor quality workmanship, did nothing about the window and most items on the list they claimed no problem. I have since provided photo/video proof to Concept and the dealer. I have offered 2 days to fix everything but they want 2 days just to fix their poor quality attempt to fix the wall. I live fulltime in the van and can't afford another motel stay

We've been looking for so long to finally get our van and start travelling. Thanks for being so patient and helpful to get us to where we are today....we just love it. It's even better to know that whatever we need for our van we've got our own local dealer....makes the purchase much more comforting.
