About Body For Life Aust

Body for Life (Aust) is the practice of Jason Tinnock, one of Australia's best remedial massage therapists, with nearly 20 years experience in massage therapy, exercise rehabilitation and personal training. Body for Life (Aust) has been thriving in Brisbane for over 10 years and in 2015 we are excited to announce the opening of our new practice in Peregian Beach (close to Noosa on the Sunshine Coast), where Jason is quickly building a reputation as a gifted therapist, known for his intuitive treatments and understanding of the human body. The focus of our treatments is on: Injury management, prevention and recovery; Preparation for sporting events; Developing programs to manage pain associated with muscular and skeletal conditions; and Educating our clients with self management strategies to improve their quality of life. Our philosophy is that the body can do amazing things if not restricted by pain, dysfunction or injury and, unlike a car, your body cannot be traded in for a new one... this is your Body for Life. We will support you in looking after your body and maintaining or restoring it to optimal health and fitness so you can keep cycling, running, swimming, surfing and playing sport with your kids for the long term.
