These low ratings are same person using different name. Battery World bloke delivered the battery 40 min away as we could not start the car. Business owner delivering also had tools on board to help change the battery without losing radio codes as well as confirming the old battery was U/S for me. He then lifted the battery into the car for me without being asking. Having 5 crushed vertebrae from bike accident it was a job I was not looking forward to lifting a car battery into our 4X4. Will be using this business for every battery in future like today for my Hustler ZTR.

Called into Battery World Mackay as our Battery was crook and under warranty. Double parked with caravan onto out front as no parking available at shop. They tested Battery, required new battery according to two tests by two different employees...but the nuff nuffs wanted to charge the battery...we're sitting Double parked on a busy street, battery under warranty for replacement if faulty..not worth the paper it's written on..

Called into Battery World on our way through as having trouble with Battery which is under warranty but purchased in NSW. We're double parked with a caravan intow. These two nuff nuffs tested Battery which indicated that Battery is faulty, twice, needs replacing but no, they want to charge the battery even tho We're double parked as no parking in Battery World and we have all relevant documents of Battery being under warranty...They wanted to charge the battery..pathetic..

Overcharged by $140 per battery for a 2 battery order. $280 overcharge total. Would not match oppositions price. Will never do business with them again. Advice. Shop around.
