The owner - My name is Dixie Chappelow and I am the owner of Adept Integrated Pest Solutions and I am the person that you will find knocking at your door when you have called Adept to carry out a pest service at your property. This involves an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach to all work performed, using the latest technology, chemical and non-chemical products, skills and knowledge, and with the prudent use of pesticides. We also aim to educate the client as to the best means of eliminating conditions that are attracting the particular pest. Guarantees. A free service period is provided with our work. This free service period will be given after consideration on the type of service provided and any specific treatment limitations expressed by the client or structural or environmental condition that may be encountered? After Sales Service. On notification, we will provide remedial treatment as may be required during the Free Service Period. We also provide to our clients free of charge an on site evaluation and advice concerning structural or other changes that may render our treatment ineffective. At the end of the Free Service Period the client is informed of the necessity for the need to retreat. Customer feedback.
