About Abode Shutters & Blinds

Abode Shutters & Blinds installs shutters and blinds throughout the Great Lakes, Greater Taree, Gloucester Shire, Harrington and surrounding areas. You'll find blinds of all descriptions including roller, Roman, Venetian, duo, and motorised. We also supply shutters, pleated shades, sheer elegance, panel glides, vertical drapes, curtains, pelmets and bedheads. Our aluminium shutters offer a high degree of security and can be operated by hinged, bi-folding or sliding mechanisms, fixed in place using our exclusive locking system. All are finished to Australian Standards, making them ideal for external use and in salt air environments. Aluminium also allows greater widths to be spanned than timber or synthetic alternatives. We also supply awnings and security doors and grilles. Our installers are licensed under the Security Industry Act 1997, and we are a member of the Security Providers Association of Australia Ltd (SPAAL). We had plantation shutters installed recently. Abode turned up on time for quote, they took time to explain about the shutters and installed them with no fuss. Happy with installation.

I found Kylie , Murray and the team great to work with . they were under enormous pressure due to lock downs in 2021 and product delays . but they were able to have our shutters in just in time for Christmas and hassled up the delay in the curtains which were made in Sydney and Christmas break but they follow them right through . Thank you again for your wonderful work and been easy to deal with .

We had several motorised blinds installed by Abode shutters and blinds and are very happy with the result. The blinds look good and run very smoothly and quietly at the click of a button. Technicians Ryan and Matthew did a great job installing the blinds. They were efficient and courteous as well as leaving the place clean and tidy after they left. We have just built a new home at Old Bar and during the process engaged Abode Shutters & Blinds to guide us as to the best products to cover windows, doors and an alfresco area.
