AAA fixed my dishwasher quick and prompt with no problems, job well done. and very inexpensive.

I had a broken hinge on my oven door. AAA conducted 'an inspection' at a cost of $148. They contacted me the following day to say that the hinges were no longer produced and they couldn't help any further. I located the hinges online, purchased and they arrived two weeks later. Within four weeks the oven was fixed with no thanks to AAA. I paid $148 for a fridge magnet with their phone number.

I think the true test of service is what happens when something goes wrong. We needed to have some fridge and freezer seals replaced, and AAA came out and did the business. However, when the freezer was still frosting up, and we noticed that the top of the seal wasn't attaching to the freezer, AAA showed a distinct lack of interest in coming back out to fix the job. Not good enough, and turned what was initially a positive experience into a negative one.

I found this company was on time, prompt and fixed our dishwasher within 1 hour. The price was also great!

Stay away! They turn up for the service fee and get the easy money (and by the way spend the entire time talking on the phone rather than concentrating on the work at hand) then you can not get them to turn up to actually do the repair. Never return your calls, evasive if you are lucky enough for them to answer the phone. You end up having to go to another company pay another service fee to start the process again and get your dishwasher fixed - for us $110 down the drain for AAA's service fee and it will be more than 5 weeks without a dishwasher following chasing them for three weeks and then having to start the process again with a more reputable supplier. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
