Bought a new bed just before xmas, great price, but ya due to xmas it was going to be late January delivery. Early Feb. came and item still not in.
The Manager Paul contacted us, and along with Suzanne resolved the issue by giving us a free upgrade on our bed at no cost and delivered it 2 days later as they had them in stock.....and remember, they don't control when the deliveries arrive, just like they don't control items getting damaged in transport. So for them to do this for an issue that is 'out of their control', is what I call 'going above and beyond'.
Do me right and I will come back and they did it....and I believe from these comments they will be pulling up their socks regarding damaged items/shipping receiving issues, and maybe look at their customer servicing, but for us that was not an issue as all staff were all very polite, even the delivery crew!
We will be back.
